Required for a MNC financial services company with 40 offices across 9 cities in India.
Position: Cluster Sales Manager for Indirect Channel
Job Profile : He will be based at Hub location and need to recruit team of Sales mangers who will further hire Advisors & Tie up with Agencies for selling life insurance,mutual fund & General Insurance in below mentioned locations. Cluster sales manager will be reporting to the Cluster Head , and all the advisors recruited by Sales manager will be working on comission basis and sales manager will be on the payrolls.
Experience reqd :- 2-3 years of experience in Life insurance company in Agency channel,able to manage 3-5 Sales managers ,recruitment of adviosrs with them and ensure there productivity.
Qualification :- MBA’s or atleast PG or Graduate with Higher experience.
Age :- 26 years to 32 years.
Base Locations :- Pune,Kolhapur,Nagpur,Nasik,,Indore,Bhopal,Jabalpur & Raipur.
